Meet the Owners
Shutters and Shades Decor is locally owned and operated by Noel Arnosio, and we’ve been in business since 2005. We are known throughout Ladera Ranch and the surrounding areas as the premiere source for our exceptional window treatments and outstanding customer service. As a member of ASID along with other industry training, we are constantly up to date with new and innovative window treatments.

Motorized Blinds
We offer a variety of shades and blinds with motorization options. Window treatments can be controlled with remotes and apps on your phone or from an iPad. They can be set to schedules allowing for maximum control of light energy and efficiency.
Shutters
The privacy you need, the craftsmanship you deserve. Our selection of shutters are available in long-lasting materials and elevated finishes, and can be made to fit a variety of windows, including specialty shapes and sliding-glass doors.
Shades
Our Roman shades combine the soft look of fabric folds with the operating ease and convenience of a traditional shade, stacking smoothly and evenly when raised.
Blinds
The ideal choice for sliding-glass doors or large windows, our custom vertical blinds are designed in a range of materials, including vinyl, fabric and aluminium.
Drapery
